Fine Silicon Manufacturing(Shanghai) Ltd. Was established in August, 2008. We built a wafer reclaim factory in Shanghai Pudong New Area, close to Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, providing mainly 6-12inch wafers lapping and polishing. 10K PCS/month capacity. 2024:

In 2024, a new processing factory was established in Japan, with monthly output increasing from 50, 000 to 100, 000 pieces. The factory also provides various sizes of film stripping, cleaning and polishing services.

2023:

The new factory has been put into operation which can provide dummy wafers in various sizes from 2 inches to 12 inches. Currently, the monthly capacity for 12 inch polished wafers is 50, 000 pieces.

2021:

We have the good relationship with local foundries and wafer makers which ensure we expand our businesses in the semiconductor industry.

2018:

We expanding our capacity in 2018, set up another 10ea new polishing machines to improve the processing efficiency and quality.

2017:

The company′s sales revenue has exceeded 100 million RMB, with partners distributed across countries and regions worldwide including Japan, South Korea, the United States, Singapore, and Taiwan.

2016:

Established a branch in Japan for oversea market. We have built the good relationship with oversea wafer markers and reclaim house, so can provide various size test and dummy wafer, including reclaim wafer services is available.

2010:

Set up new polishing machine equipment which mainly used for silicon wafer Polish service. The annual revenue exceeded 30 million RMB.
